فاعلية أسلوب التعلم الخبراتي في تدريس العلوم على تنمية مهارات التفکير الإبداعي لدى تلميذات المرحلة الابتدائية

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية استخدام أسلوب التعلم الخبراتي في تنمية مهارات التفکير الإبداعي لدى تلميذات المرحلة الابتدائية من خلال تدريس العلوم، ولتحقيق ذلک استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج التجريبي وفق التصميم شبه التجريبي، وتم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة من تلميذات الصف السادس الابتدائي بإجمالي (82) تلميذه، تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين ضابطة وتجريبية بواقع (41) تلميذه لکل مجموعة، وقد تم استخدام أسلوب الدببة الثلاثة مع المجموعة التجريبية بينما تم تدريس المجوعة الضابطة بالطريقة الاعتيادية، ومن ثم تطبيق مقياس بني خصيصاً لقياس مهارات التفکير الإبداعي، وبعد جمع البيانات تمت معالجتها باستخدام الاختبار (ت)، وحساب حجم التأثير.
        وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة (0,05 ≥ α)، بين متوسطات درجات تلميذات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لمقياس مهارات التفکير الإبداعي بمستوياته (الطلاقة، المرونة، الأصالة، حل المشکلات، التفاصيل، التخيَّل، الدرجة الکلية للمقياس)، لصالح المجموعة الدراسة التجريبية، وبلغت نسبة الکسب المعدل لبلاک في المجموعة التجريبية ضمن القياسين القبلي والبعدي لمقياس مهارات التفکير الإبداعي (1,33)، وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات منها:
استخدام أسلوب الدببة الثلاثة في تدريس العلوم لأثره الواضح في رفع مستوى التفکير الإبداعي لدى التلميذات، و بالتالي ضرورة توفير کافة المستلزمات والتجهيزات الصفية التي تمکن من توظيف أسلوب التعلم الخبراتي (الدببة الثلاثة) في تدريس العلوم، فتطوير المناهج وصلاحيتها لتطبيق أسلوب التعلم الخبراتي (الدببة الثلاثة) واکتساب المعلمة لتلک المهارات لا يکفي فقط لتطبيق هذا الأسلوب، بل يجب تطوير البنية التحتية للمدارس والعمل على تهيئة البيئة المدرسية والمادية.

Abstract
Effectiveness   of Experiential Learning Method in Teaching Science in Developing Creative Thinking Skills for Elementary Girls' Shool
        This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the use of Experiential Learning are in the development of the skills of creative thinking among pupils of elementary school through teaching Science. Concerning this, the researcher used the experimental method with quasi-experimental design and applied this study on a sample of students at sixth grade of primary stage. The total number was (82) students.  They were divided into two groups (officer and empirical reality. They were (41) students   for each group. The teacher used the Three Bears method with commonalities while she has been teaching group officer in the normal way, and then applied Brown's balls for measuring the skills of creative thinking. After the teacher collected the data and   processed by using (T)Test, then she calculated the magnitude of the impact.
The results showed   existence of statistically differences at the significance level (0,05 ≥ α) between the average scores of students of the two groups (experimental and control groups ) in the post application to the measure of creative thinking skills levels (fluency, flexibility, originality, problem solving, detail, graduation, the total degree of the scale), in favor of experimental group, and the average rate  of earning  in the experimental group in measurements pre and post measure creative thinking skills reached to (1.33) .As a result of  the study, a series of recommendations were introduced including the following  ideas: 
 
Using the method of the Three Bears in teaching  science , because of its impact  in raising the level of creative thinking of students, and therefore,  the need to provide all the supplies and fittings to the classroom that enables the employment of Experiential Learning method (the Three Bears) in  teaching  Science, the development of the curriculum  and validity to develop a method of Experiential Learning  (three bears) and gain knowledge of those skills is not enough just to apply this method, it must develop the infrastructure for schools and  work to create the school and materialistic environment.
