درجة ممارسة القادة الإداريين للاتصال الإداري في جامعة طيبة وسبل تفعيلها من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس

هدفت الدراسة إلى الکشف درجة ممارسة القادة الإداريين في جامعة طيبة للاتصال الإداري وسبل تفعيلها من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، تکونت عينة الدراسة من (325) عضو هيئة تدريس من جامعة طيبة أجابوا على استبانة مکونة من (18) فقرة وزعة على (3) مجالات، وسؤال عام. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة ممارسة الاتصال الإداري في الجامعة قد تراوحت ما بين (2.42-3.32) بدرجة تقدير متوسطة،  وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية a) = 0.05) تعزى لأثر الجنس والخبرة والرتبة الأکاديمية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على جميع المجالات وفي الدرجة الکلية.  کما أن من أهم مقترحات أعضاء هيئة التدريس لتفعيل الاتصال الإداري ضرورة توفير بنية تحتية کفيلة بالتحول الکامل نحو نظام الإدارة الإلکترونية. وفي ضوء النتائج قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات منها:  تحديث البنية التحتية في جامعة طيبة، واعتماد نظام اتصال إداري عصري يتم دمج تکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات فيه.

The Degree of Academic Leader Practice of Administrative Communication in Taibah University and Means of Activation as Perceived by Faculty Members
Abstract: The purpose of the study is to investigate the degree of academic leader practice of administrative communication in Taibah University and means of activation as perceived by faculty members. The sample of the study consisted of (325) faculty members responded to a questionnaire of (18) items distributed into three domains, and an open question. The results of the study showed that the means of the degree of administrative communication in the university ranged between (2.42-3.32) with a medium level, and there are no statistically significant differences (a) = 0.05) attributed to the impact of gender, experience and academic rank in the responses of the study sample on all domains and in the total degree. One of the most important suggestions of faculty members to activate administrative communication is the need to provide an infrastructure that will enable the complete transition towards the electronic management system. In light of the results, the researcher made a number of recommendations, including: Modernizing the infrastructure at Taibah University, and adopting a modern administrative communication system in which ICTs are integrated.
