فعالية برنامج إرشادي معرفي سلوکي لخفض الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي الأطفال المعاقين ذهنيًا بالحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي

تشتمل عينه الدراسة على مجموعة من معلمى الأطفال المعاقين ذهنياً بالحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسى وعددها (20) معلم مقسمه إلى مجموعتين، مجموعة تجريبية (5 ذکور، 5 اناث)، مجموعة ضابطه (5 ذکور، 5 اناث) وتتراوح أعمارهم الزمنية ما بين (30 – 45) عام وجميعهم من مدرسة التربية الفکرية بالمنصورة (الدقهلية)
أدوات الدراسة:
   أختار الباحث أدوات لتناسب عينة الدراسة وهى مقياس الإحتراق النفسى لمعلمى الأطفال المعاقين ذهنياً إعداد/ الباحث، البرنامج الإرشادى المعرفى السلوکى إعداد/ الباحث، مقياس المستوى الإجتماعى الإقتصادى لعبد العزيز الشخص (2015)
نتائج الدراسة:
   توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطى رتب درجات افراد المجموعة التجريبية فى القياسين القبلى والبعدى على أدوات الدراسة (مقياس الإحتراق النفسى) لصالح القياس البعدى، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطى رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطه فى القياس البعدى على أدوات الدراسة (مقياس الإحتراق النفسى) لصالح أفراد المجموعة التجريبية، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيه بين متوسطى رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة الضابطه فى القياسين القبلى والبعدى على أدوات الدراسة (مقياس الإحتراق النفسى)، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطى رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية فى القياسين البعدى والتتبعى على أدوات الدراسة (مقياس الإحتراق النفسى)

The sample:
The present study includes a group of twenty teachers of the children with mental disabilities at the first grade of basic education divided into two groups, an experimental group of five male teachers and  five female teachers  and a control group of five male teachers and  five female teachers aged between 30-45. All of work at the school intellectual education in Mansoura (Dakahlia Governorate).
Tools of the Study:
The researcher chose tools to suit the sample of the study. These tools include The Psychological Combustion Scale for the Teachers of the Children with Mental Disabilities prepared by the researcher, the Cognitive Behavioral Guiding Program prepared by the researcher and the Socio-Economic Scale by Abdulaziz Al Shakhs (2015).
Results:
There were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post administration of the tools (The Psychological Combustion Scale) in favour of the post administration. There were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group at the post administration of the tools (The Psychological Combustion Scale) in favour of the experimental group. There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the control group at the post administration of the tools (The Psychological Combustion Scale). There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group at the post administration and the follow up administration of the tools (The Psychological Combustion Scale).
