الاحتياجات التدريبية في مجال التخطيط الاستراتيجي لدى مديري مدارس محافظة الکرک

هدفت هذه الدراسة تعرف الاحتياجات التدريبية في مجال التخطيط الاستراتيجي لدى مديري المدارس في محافظة الکرک، وتعرف الفروق بين تقديرات افراد العينة للاحتياجات التدريبية وفقا لمتغيرات (الجنس والمؤهل والخبرة الإدارية)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة، وتم التأکد من صدقها وثباتها. تکونت عينة الدراسة من (220) مديراً ومديرة تم إختيارها بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية. وبعد جمع اداة الدراسة وتحليل البيانات اظهرت النتائج أن تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة للاحتياجات التدريبية قد جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة للکل وللمجالات (الإعداد والتنفيذ) ومتوسطة للمجال (التقييم والتطوير). وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.005) في استجابات افراد عينة الدراسة على الاحتياجات التدريبية في مجال التخطيط الاستراتيجي اللازمة لمديري ومديرات المدارس في محافظة الکرک تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، والخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي) للکل وللمجالات. وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات ابرزها ضرورة اهتمام وزارة التربية والتعليم بمفهوم التخطيط الاستراتيجي واتخاذ السياسات والاجراءات التي تعمل على تدريب مديري المدارس على التخطيط الاستراتيجي.

Abstract
This study aimed to identify training needs in the area of strategic planning with the school principals in Karak governorate, and to identify the differences in training needs due to variables (sex experience and scientific qualification). To achieve the objectives of the study questionnaire was developed, were confirmed validity and reliability, and distributed to a stratified random sample consisted of 220 principals and then the data were analyzed, the study showed the results as follows: The members of the sample estimates of the training needs in the area of strategic planning have come high. As for the fields, came in first rank preparation area, followed by the implementation of the strategic plans, and in last rank the evaluation of strategic and development plans. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) about training needs in the area of strategic planning due to the variables (sex, educational qualification, and experience). The study recommended the need to the attention of the ministry of education of the concept of strategic planning and decision policies and procedures that increase the level of awareness of school principals in Karak governorate of the importance of strategic planning.
