دور قائدات مدارس إدارة تعليم الباحة في معالجة المشکلات التي تواجه طالبات التربية الميدانية

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة ممارسة قائدات مدارس إدارة تعليم الباحة لأدوارهن في معالجة المشکلات التي تواجه طالبات التربية الميدانية من وجهة نظر طالبات التربية الميدانية، ودرجة استجاباتهن تبعًا لمتغيرات البرنامج الدراسي الحالي، والتخصص، والمرحلة التي تتدرب بها، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدمت الاستبانة کأداة للدراسة، وقد طُبقت الاستبانة على جميع مجتمع الدراسة وعددهم (125) طالبة بإدارة تعليم الباحة للعام 1439/1440هـ، وکان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة قائدات مدارس إدارة تعليم الباحة لأدوارهن في معالجة المشکلات التي تواجه طالبات التربية الميدانية بشکل عام کانت بدرجة متوسطة، وفي کل مجال من مجالاتها الثلاثة، بينما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) في درجة ممارسة قائدات مدارس إدارة تعليم الباحة لدورهن في معالجة المشکلات التي تواجه طالبات التربية الميدانية تبعاً إلى اختلاف متغير (البرنامج التدريسي الحالي) لصالح أفراد الدراسة من طالبات برنامج الدبلوم التربوي، وبالنسبة لمتغير (التخصص)، تبين أن الفروق لصالح أفراد الدراسة من تخصص (دبلوم تربوي من التخصصات العلمية والأدبية). وتبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة(α≤0.05) بالنسبة لمتغير (المرحلة التي تتدرب فيها). وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة وضع لائحة بالقواعد والإجراءات الإدارية التي تحدد سير العمل المدرسي، وضرورة معرفة الطالبات المتدربات للتعليمات والأنظمة الإدارية الواردة من إدارة مکتب التعليم حتى يمکن للطالبات التعامل وفق شروطها ومتطلباتها وحضور وتفعيل دور الطالبات المتدربات في مجالس الأمهات، وتبني برامج التدريب اللازمة للطالبات المتدربات بأساليب العمل المدرسي قبل التخرج.

Abstract
Study Title:
The Role of School Principals in AL-Baha Educational Administration in Facing Problems for Student Teachers.
This study aimed to identify to any extent the female leaders of Albaha Education Directorate play their role to address the problem faced by the female students of the field Education from their viewpoint. It aimed also to identify the female students respond according to variables of the current education program, major, and the stage they trained therein. The researcher used the survival descriptive design method and she used the questionnaire as study tool. The questionnaire was applied on the study population who were 125 girl students in Albaha Education Directorate for 2017/2018 academic year. The results indicated that the degree of playing the role by female leaders of Albaha Education Directorate to address the problem faced by the by female students of the field Education in its three fields was moderate. However, it indicated that there are statically significant differences on (α≤0.05) significance level in degree of playing the role by female leaders of Albaha Education Directorate to address the problem faced by the female students of the field Education according to variety of (The current education program) variable in favor of the study members of the female employee of education diploma. The differences were in favor of the study members of the female employees of education diploma and scientific and theoretical section. It indicated also that there are no statically significant differences in variable of the stage, the female students training therein. The study recommended that it is important to set regulations for administrative rules and procedures which define the school workflow, important of knowing the administrative instructions and systems which set by education office by the trained female students to be able to deal according to its conditions and requirements, to activate the role of the female trained students in mothers councils and to adopt the training programs required for the trained female students with work methods before graduation.
